In order to make money off of the traffic you will need to use some monetizing techniques. There are a variety of things you can use out there to make money. One of the most common and easiest ways is to use Google Adsense.

Setup an account with Google Adsense and you can start creating ad units of all types and variety to display on your blog. Be sure to create channels for the diffferent adsense units you create so you can see which ads are being clicked on and which ones are not. This is the way you can fine tune your ad units for maximum revenue. Remember you can only have up to 3 different ads for content units on 1 page at a time. Never click on your own ads either.

Google Adsense is pay per click advertising. This means that all people have to do is click on the ads and you will get paid.
